Bonded Promissory Notes
Steps:
1. Bonded Promissory Notes, If the Bank accepts them, Then your Debt is paid in full, on todays market your
chance of the bank accepting the BPN is about 1/10 % of One % chance that they will accept them. It is used to
show that you made an attempt to pay. and preliminary to filing the suit against the Bank for your fraudulent loan
If the bank does not accept the bonded Promissory Note, Then Your Debt is still paid in full per UCC 3-603,
15 USC 1692g
2. If the Bank Should not accept payment, You will then need to file a Suit, Lis Pendens, and a Securitization
Audit.
3. Lis Pendens is a legal form filing a lien on your property by you for three times its value to protect your
interest in the property from any attempt to foreclose. Talk to your Lawyer for advice (see disclaimer on Index
page)
4. Suit: You must be ready to file a suit on the foreclosing party at the beginning, if they should dis-honer the
BPN for any reason. If they don't process the paperwork as sent to them, or just refuses the paperwork.
Again you will need to talk to a lawyer
5. TILA Auidit: You will also need to file with your suit a TILA Audit on your property, You will need a copy of your
loan documents that you received when you received your loan.
Credit Card Debt
There are two ways we can handle Credit Card Debt
You must tell us which one of the two below that you would like us to do for you in your letter to us.
1. BPN: Send us your recent billing on the Credit Card including the full account number and proper address
were to send the bond for payoff. Your donation for this is #197.00 USD per each account.
2. Accord and Satisfaction: an accord and satisfaction is a different way to pay off your credit cards, We
take 6% of the debt that you owe and re-write the contract on your behalf so that you will have a very small
payment to make with out interest.
EXAMPLE;Credit Card Debt: $ 3465.32
6% = 207.91
Divided by 48 Months = payment 4.33
Land Patents
Read the Book on the link on the Home page. If you would like a Land Patent on your property then you will
need to fined on your Warentee Deed the Section, Township, and Range. Generally looks like S12, T12N,
R12W If not there maybe on yearly tax bills, and if you can't find it there try calling the Assessors office your
county. Once you have the STR, 13 COLONIES, TEXAS, AND HAWAII CAN NOT HAVE A LAND PATENT.
Go to www.blm.gov, click on contacts, find the office closes to you. Call them and Ask the young lady that
answers the phone, " I would like to get a certified copy of the Land Patent that covers this Sect, Township,
and Range". She should say, "OK that will be $1.10 per page and where do I send it too".
For us to bring and existing Land Patent up in your name we will require the following information:
1. A copy of your Warantee Deed
2. A certified Copy of the existing land Patent covering your Section,Township.and Range
3. A Donation of $200.00 in BLANK US Postal Money Order Only/ Or Cash

Information:
Pro Per and Pro Sec: Means that you are acting as your own lawyer.
Does 1-50: means that you may have hidden people within the case that you could include in suit
Case #; If you are filing a suit, then you are the plaintiff and the court must give you a new case number for your suit.
You are not included in a suit were the bank is foreclosing on you.
If you are filing a suit you will need to go to the Clerk of the Court
If you are filing a Land Patent and/or Lis Pendens you should go to the recorders office, but you may also file the lis
pendens with your court case.
What you will need to send
Mortgage:
Send a payoff statement from your mortgage holder, A Statement of what you what us to do, Your Name, Address, City
and state, Email and Phone Information. Plus a Blank US postal Money order for the proper Donation.
Tila Audit:

Credit Cards:
We will need the last billing statement for each Credit Card you would like to payoff Plus a US postal Money order for the
proper Donation for each card.
Land Patent:
We will need a certified copy of the land patent that covers your Section, Township, and Range, and a copy of your
Deed Plus a US postal Money order for the proper Donation.
Bonded Promissory Note:
You may use a BPN to payoff any existing debt that you have through UCC 3-603, 15 USC 1692g, Title 31, Subtitle 3,
Chapter 31, Sub-chapter 2, Section 3123, 12 CFR Sec. 229.2, 210.2, 12 USC 1813
Definition: UCC 4-105 Part 1 "Bank" means a person engaged in the business of Banking
12 CFR Sec. 229.2 Definition (e) Bank means- "The term Bank also includes any person engaged in the business of
Banking"
