How it Works
We take your existing Credit Card Debt, [because they change the contract so can you] and
figure 6% of the balance. We then Divide the balance into a reasonable payment of X amount
of payments and have you write a check for the amount we state. The contract states that they
have been paid in full except what we put on the new contract interest free.
They are told that since they have been paid off except for the 6% that is divided over several
months they have no right to put a derogatory report on your credit and if they do then the
contract is paid in full and you do not have to make any further payments
